Default Shaun, your car's done;) Here's your dyno sheets.....

Have a car here. Mostly our parts on it. Has a different FMIC intercooler, exhaust, upper i/c pipe, no battery kit, turbo inlet pipe.

What it has of ours in 2.3 liter stroker, 20g-9-5 turbo, AEM EMS, Stage 3 head, Revolvers, intake ported, 65 mm throttle body, alky kit, COP ignition.

The car was here awhile back with the stock turbo, engine, head and a reflash on pump gas and made

I just finished the tune on 93 octane and alky. As you can see the AFR's are in the high 10:1 range. Peak boost was 27 psi. The car made 359 whp and 408 ft lbs of torque.

While the improvements are good at peak the mid range is pretty darn amazing. At 4500 rpm the car has gained 126 whp and peak torque has gone up 146 ft lbs. Pretty nuts.

On the street the car feels really fast, that low end torque will get an EVO sideways in a hurry!

    NICE!
I want to see a dyno run starting from 2000 RPMs! I bet that thing hits full boost in 5th at under 2500. I know my 2.0L w/Revolvers and 20G9.5 hits full boost (29PSI) at around 2800 . . .

I'm looking forward to my autocross setup next spring and this looks mighty fine!

Well.... i'm a big Jack Daniels fan now that you mention it.

We normally use Torco Methanol but you can get regular denatured alcohol at Home Depot of Lowe's and use that. Just delute it 50/50 and you will be good to go.

i am more of a crown guy myself. lol

    thanks!

i tried to load up the AEM program on my laptop and it wouldn't work. i reformatted my hard drive and tried it again. still didn't work. i then tried it on a friend's laptop to see if the disc was bad. it loaded up fine. so now i have to go buy another laptop so i can log and tune. oh well, needed a new one anyways!

Just use straight alky honkey.. it's not the expensive.

Also if you do mix.. arent you supposed to use distilled water? or just not tap water? I wont drink tap water much less put it in my car

To add to what Shaun has said...

It appears that o2 #1 has been calibrated already. I've done some reading on the EMS so I could have a better understand of how things work.. to help Shaun out.

I know the EMS has an internal sensor of some sort and he also has the UEGO... I'm not sure if the UEGO is hooked up and configured but the o2 #1 appears to be.. only thing is the display looks like volts and he's wanted to see his AFR.

Well anyways I'm sure you know how to do this fairly easy... I'm amazed at how complex the program is

Still dunno how to get his AFR's to display in a format we're used to. Hopefully Shaun will run her at the track this Thursday

Any chance of seeing a dyno graph of this car without the alcohol?

If you can talk Shaun into coming up with me Friday!

The car isn't "fully" tuned yet so I would expect the #'s to be a little on the low site. She's still rich!
