Default Buschur Racing's Evo X has arrived!

After a delay that was longer than expected our Evo X finally arrived yesterday at the dealership and we went and picked it up today. It was unloaded from our trailer, came inside the shop for about 10 minutes just so we could check it out.......

Then it headed straight to the dyno for a baseline run.

The car arrived with about a half tank of whatever gas they put in it from the factory and we added 5gallons of Sunoco 94 octane.

The thing runs fat freaking rich as others have stated and also which can be told by the dyno sheet.

    Baseline #'s were 215whp / 241ft. trq

I also threw this video together for you guys.

*BUSCHUR RACING'S EVO X BASE DYNO RUN*

Now..... the catback system is already done on the car. We "finished" it about 30 min ago. I will have pictures up of that tomorrow. We put the car back on the dyno and this was the verdict.

David and Trent are working on some other items as I type this. Please check back for updates as we're just getting started!

    Take care!

Thats again is a good Example that the Buschur Dyno is reading "real" Numbers.

Since the EVO X has full AYC ACD it reads stock 215WHP /240WTQ on the Buschur Dyno.
Our EU Spec Evo 7 to 9 full AYC / ACD cars showing 210 to 220 WHP at the German Dynos from Stock so Drivetrain losses around 75 HP.
That is really close to the Specs from Factory.

Good to know that Buschur is already working on the X.

Congrats on finally getting the X guys! I knew it would be on like Donky Kong to get some parts on her. I can't wait to see what she runs in the months ahead.

P.S. I guess my pile isn't good enough for the front row spot anymore

I thought the stock numbers would be higher.... Weren't the EVO9's makin like 210 on the BR dyno?

I thought the X's were supposed to be more powerful?

Wonder how long the factory clutch holds up???

    It Looks pretty though.

I watched a video of Al driving a Evo X, and he said the clutch feels like shit.

I'm sure within the next 6 months, there will be plenty of aftermarket clutches available to remedy this problem.

*UPDATE* (in that creepy Robert Stack "Unsolved Mysteries" voice lol)

They just finished up the upper IC pipe for the X. Here is the prototype picture of what to expect. The finished piece will have the same shape and routing but it will be mandrel bent & polished. Not the welded brushed finish seen here as the prototype. We will also offer this in that "brushed" finish at a lower price.

    In Polished Stainless: $295.

    In Brushed Stainless: $249

The kit will come with the upper pipe, couplings and clamps.

Without further ado..... the 2 1/2" Buschur Racing Evo X Upper IC Pipe
