    Yes, I think we can build the half radiator to run regular radiator hoses on it. It will take a little work on our end but I think we should be able to do it.

    Also, I updated the first post with new pictures. I wasn't completely happy with the velcro holding the block off plate in place so I got some nice button head SS screws to do the job instead. It worked out really good. Here's the pictures of the front and rear with the bolts holding the block off in place.

    Nicely done! Very clean install. I like the idea of the wing nuts, for easy installation and removal.

    I have been pondering the idea on changing over to the new kit. I just haven't convinced myself to remove the a/c yet.

    I am running this new manifold with the half radiator from buschur racing and I was able to use the lower radiator hose. I did not have to use an AN lines. Also I have had the car in stop and go traffic with this radiator and the coolant temp is always fine. actually, it runs pretty much the exact same coolant temp that it did when I had a full size Koyo radiator.
