I have no finish date. I only work on it as I can. This has slowed down a bit since my second child was born 3 month ago and i'm leaving for China on Tuesday to pick up my adopted daughter. It will move forward but not at any high rate of speed I suspect. It is more of it's done when it's done.

Power, I'm looking to around where I was on my old car. 550-600ish with a flat broad torque curve.

I would have used dry ice. However I did ALOT of the removal at nite when my kids where alseep. So banging was not in the cards. My arms did get a very good work out.

Rear knuckles and upper arms loaded and ready to rock. Now I just need some time to play.

I decided to use a straight through design on theses. Then a spacer fits over one end to spread the load out.

Your attention to the small stuff and little details are impressive! And the powdercoating you've done for members on IMS is great! Keep updating when you can

I've had this for a while. I thought I post picks here but I guess not. I should be getting the front crossmember bushing soon that i'm working on with a member from another fourm.

Getting close to having the toe arms complete. Just need to ream the hole in the knuckle to fit the larger pin that I'm using. Then I'm going to tackle the trailing arm and last the lateral arm. It going slow but moving. I'm hoping to get my upper arm cone spacers back soon. The machinist made an error so they where just a hair to wide for the clevis. Easy fix really but it's still a pain.

    Toe arm 2.0

Also I had a member off of mitsu-media who was nice enough to cut out the front strut towers so I could peek at how the front strut towers out so I could see how the upper control arm attachment points where made. I'm going to need to beef this area up as others have seen cracking here when running metal bearings.

My front cross member bushing came in along with my drive shaft bushings.

Should install the front x- member bushings this weekend.

Proto-type bushings installed! Everything went smooth. Perfect fit and finish.
Things to note if you get a set from Adam.
I can't see doing this with out a press.

Most the holes that theses press into have weld splatter on the walls. They are going to want to make sure they clean that off. I used a dremel and a small flapper wheel. It worked great.

Put the outside lower top spacer on after you hang the X-member off the studs. Since your using a bolt in that location it's easier.

    On to the pics

I had some time to take apart the tail section of the propeller shaft. I should be getting a new carrier bearing soon. Going to blast the hole unit and coat it in a nice silver after it comes back from the balancer. I should mention I have a Drive shaft shop center section that goes with it.

I've also in he process of bead blasting all the bolts and nuts for the suspension along with some brackets and what not. These are going to go and get a fresh coat from the zinc plater in town.

    Yu ck Nasty.
