Easiest way is probably to unbolt the downpipe from the o2 housing, unbolt the exhaust manifold, disconnect the turbo coolant/oil lines, and pull the manifold, turbo and o2 housing out as one piece.

Remove the stock o2 housing from the turbo, pop the BR o2 on and bolt it up, then just go in reverse...tighten up the exhaust manifold bolts, bolt the downpipe back up to the o2 housing, then pop the coolant/oil lines back on the turbo and youre set.

I now prefer to pull the radiator and remove the housing while on the car. Seems faster to me.

I installed one a few weeks ago and kept the turbo on the car. I pulled the radiator and downpipe. just about everything else was left in place. All the bolts are easy to get to, but the two nuts on the studs are a pain. It can be done with lots of pb blaster and some creativity. The hidden nut in the rear I was able to get off with some extensions and swivels from the underside. The one in the front that has no room to get a socket on was a pain too. My suggestion for that one is to try a crowfoot wrench on a breaker bar, or you can use a combination wrench, put the box end on the nut and then put a 1/2" breaker bar in the open end, then it basically works the same as a crowfoot but extended a lttle further. The only other real problem area is if you have never removed the factory o2 sensor they can sometimes be seized in there pretty good, if it gives you issues you can use a torch on the o2 housing around it to expand the metal, or just say screw it and get a new one. I was impatient and the one I was working on snapped off so I wired in a universal. Just take your time and have LOTS of pb blaster on hand.
