Default Stock ECU w/ AEM UEGO wideband

I am finishing up my project car here, and am doing some wiring. I know that with the UEGO's you can wire the (brown wire I think?) into the ECU depending on what car you are putting it into for logging purposes, etc. Can I do that while using a stock 1g EPROM w/ ostrich & a chip burner? Any advice would be quite helpful.

Sure, the white wire from the UEGO puts out 0-5V. You can cut off the original O2 sensor wire and attach the UEGO white wire if you want to run Native Wideband code in the ecu. Or you could attach the white UEGO wire to the EGR input and try to convert EGR temp to AF ratio. I've done it both ways on my two DSM.
