    Default Plymouth Laser Turbo problems.

Hey guys i got a 1990 Plymouth Laser Turbo...
it grinds on 1,2,3,5 gears.. there is no 4th gear.. and reverse is just fine.. I have jus put a new clutch set n that isnt a problem.. so can anyone please tell me a away to fix it?
I was wondering is the boost set too high can that cause the problem?
    it boosts 14-18 psi?

    thanks

agreed, my trany was like that when I first got it(all synchros were froze). I just replaced the whole trans. But replacing synchros isnt too hateful.
