    Default Oil Filter

I've been having a problem with the oil filter blowing the seal or loosening up.Its a 92 Laser AWD it has 20 lbs warm and 40-60 cold at idle. The car still has its balance shafts also. When building boost (any psi)it goes up to 100-120 psi. Sometimes the filter stud is loose in the watercooler adapter and sometimes its just the filter almost falls off. I've used Bosch,STP,Fram, generic filters, they have all done it.The worst was Fram. Has anyone else had an issue like this and what was the fix that worked?
    Thanks,Craig
